Und so, gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus Faulheit und mangelnder Organisation, entstand unser \u201ePlastikabenteuer\u201c. M\u00f6glicherweise liegt es daran, dass es in unseren modernen Leben fehlt, etwas Verlorenes, das tief in unseren Chromosomen gespeichert ist und aus unserer neandertalerischen Vergangenheit zu uns ruft. Ich habe geh\u00f6rt, es wurde postuliert, dass der Nervenkitzel des Mountainbikens unsere verlorenen J\u00e4ger-und-Sammler-Wurzeln anspricht und die L\u00fccke in unseren Seelen f\u00fcllt, die uns einst dazu trieb, Hirsche zu jagen und Mammuts zu erlegen. Jetzt finden wir das Bier nach der Fahrt mit unseren Freunden als Ersatz f\u00fcr ein Feuer am H\u00f6hleneingang mit dem Duft von gebratenem Wild. Wir waren alle besch\u00e4ftigt und niemand wollte sich darum k\u00fcmmern, etwas zu organisieren. Es ist nur allzu leicht, besonders in diesem Internetzeitalter, in dem wir von Informationen \u00fcberflutet werden, so lange \u00fcber alle Optionen nachzudenken, dass man am Ende gar nichts tut. Das ist eine echte Sache, die kluge Leute untersucht haben, und sie nennen es \"die L\u00e4hmung der Wahl\". Eingesperrt von der Vielzahl der Optionen frieren wir wie Kaninchen im Scheinwerferlicht, unf\u00e4hig zu entscheiden, und allzu oft nehmen wir den einfacheren Weg, nichts zu tun. Wir steckten genau dort fest, unsere Reise stockte, und es sah so aus, als w\u00fcrden wir es dieses Jahr nicht tun. Was wir wirklich wollten, war eine Reise mit dem Fahrrad, ohne Planung oder Organisation; wir wollten einfach, dass sie magisch passiert, ohne jegliche Arbeit vor Beginn der lustigen Zeiten. Und so, gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus Faulheit und Desorganisation, unser <strong><em>Plastikabenteuer<\/em><\/strong> geboren. Wir haben uns auch erfolgreich f\u00fcr den Zugang zu einem \u00f6rtlichen Park eingesetzt, der mit diesen Wegen verbunden ist, und das wollten wir nutzen. Das ist die Sch\u00f6nheit von keinen Pl\u00e4nen, wir konnten uns an diese kurzfristigen Entwicklungen anpassen. W\u00e4hrend wir durch die d\u00e4mmernde Morgend\u00e4mmerung kletterten und dem Labyrinth von Singletrails hinter meinem Haus folgten, f\u00fchlte sich alles irgendwie anders an, da wir nicht wussten, wo wir landen w\u00fcrden. Die Inversion wurde durch Staub, der aus der Sahara geweht worden war, noch spektakul\u00e4rer \u2013 ein atmosph\u00e4risches Ph\u00e4nomen, das normalerweise nur die s\u00fcdliche H\u00e4lfte Spaniens betrifft und an der Baskenk\u00fcste im Norden extrem selten ist. Als das Morgenlicht st\u00e4rker wurde, hatte es einen unglaublichen roten Stich, der den Wolken einen seltsamen Glanz verlieh und unsere Aufregung f\u00fcr den bevorstehenden Reittag steigerte. So etwas kann man nicht planen. Etwa Mitte des Vormittags erreichten wir unseren Gipfel, der etwa 1000 m \u00fcber der Baskenk\u00fcste lag, die nun unter einem Meer aus rot gef\u00e4rbten Wolken verborgen war. Die Temperaturen waren warm und der leichte Wind trug einen schwachen Duft des Orients mit sich, oder vielleicht war das nur unsere Vorstellungskraft. Oft f\u00fchlt es sich an, als w\u00e4re jeder Moment lange im Voraus geplant und mit einem Kalendereintrag fixiert. Spontaneit\u00e4t ist nicht mit dem modernen Leben vereinbar, und ich habe oft das Gef\u00fchl, in einem Hamsterrad festzustecken, in dem ich rase, aber nirgendwo ankomme. Es war gro\u00dfartig, ohne wirklichen Plan zu fahren und spontan zu entscheiden, w\u00e4hrend wir unterwegs waren, spontane Entscheidungen zu genie\u00dfen und zu sehen, wohin uns der Weg f\u00fchrte. Nat\u00fcrlich half uns unser lokales Wissen, denn zwischen uns kennen wir diese H\u00fcgel besser als jeder andere, und es stimmt, dass nicht alle, die wandern, verloren sind. Wir hatten Essen in unseren Rucks\u00e4cken, ein wenig Wein und keinen Ort, an dem wir sein mussten, keine reservierte Unterkunft und niemanden, der auf uns wartete. Wir folgten einfach den Wegen, die sich zu der Zeit richtig anf\u00fchlten, und genossen die Freiheit, die uns das bot. Nat\u00fcrlich ist das Kollektiv f\u00fcr eine Gruppe spanischer M\u00e4nner ein Streit, und keine Kreuzung wurde ohne erhobene Stimmen und gestikulierende H\u00e4nde verhandelt. Uralte Pfade, tief in Mulden eingesunken, die durch jahrhundertelange Fu\u00dfspuren erodiert waren und noch immer mit trockenen Herbstbl\u00e4ttern gef\u00fcllt waren. Wir ritten auch auf den alten Bergbaupfaden, die den Eisenerzabbau unterst\u00fctzten, der in diesen H\u00fcgeln \u00fcber 2000 Jahre zur\u00fcckreicht und mit ein Grund f\u00fcr die wirtschaftliche St\u00e4rke des Baskenlandes ist. Erst am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag machten wir uns auf den Weg. Wir beschlossen, an die baskische K\u00fcste zu fahren und die Speisen und Getr\u00e4nke von Hondarribia zu probieren, einer atemberaubenden K\u00fcstenstadt, in der wir einen Gro\u00dfteil unserer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basquemtb.com\/de\/mountainbike-ferien\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Mountainbike-Ferien<\/a> aber selten genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen, da wir arbeiten. Wir haben die Entscheidung rein aus dem Grund getroffen, dass es dort eine tolle Bar mit lokalen Craft-Bieren gibt und darauf hatten wir in dem Moment Lust. Wir kamen gerade als die Sonne unterging und w\u00e4rmten schnell die Kreditkarte auf, indem wir in den erstklassigen Pintxos-Bars Getr\u00e4nke und Essen bestellten. Pintxos sind das baskische \u00c4quivalent zu Tapas und eignen sich perfekt, um sich nach einem langen Tag im Sattel zu st\u00e4rken. Nachdem unsere B\u00e4uche gef\u00fcllt waren, machten wir uns auf die Suche nach einer Unterkunft. Es gab ein paar nerv\u00f6se Momente, als wir feststellten, dass einige Hotels geschlossen oder voll waren, aber nach kurzer Suche fanden wir einen Schlafplatz, \u00fcberpr\u00fcften unsere Fahrr\u00e4der und gingen ins Bett. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen wachten wir fr\u00fch zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck auf und genossen eine wundersch\u00f6ne Aussicht, als die Sonne \u00fcber den Bergen und den darunterliegenden Str\u00e4nden aufging. Wir wollten der K\u00fcste entlang nach San Sebasti\u00e1n fahren, um dort zu Mittag zu essen und die Nacht in der fantastischen Surferstadt Zarrautz zu verbringen. Das klappte nicht ganz, wir nahmen landschaftlich reizvolle Routen, a\u00dfen zu viele Pintxos, tranken ein paar Bier und kamen schlie\u00dflich in San Sebastain an, als die Sonne gerade den Horizont erreichte. Wir gingen direkt an den Strand, kauften uns ein Bier in einer unserer Lieblingsbars und sahen zu, wie die Sonne \u00fcber den K\u00f6pfen der Surfer unterging, die nach der Arbeit ein paar Wellen genossen. Das ist das Sch\u00f6ne daran, wenn man keine Pl\u00e4ne macht: Wir mussten nirgendwo hin, wir lebten einfach im Moment, folgten den besten Optionen, die wir f\u00fcr richtig hielten, und trugen die Konsequenzen, wenn es n\u00f6tig war. Unsere Unf\u00e4higkeit, an einem kalten Bier oder einem warmen Pintxo vorbeizuradeln, hat uns definitiv gebremst, aber bei dieser Reise ging es um Spa\u00df und nicht um das Sammeln von Meilen. Wir gingen in ein Hotel am Strand, bezahlten mit unserer Kreditkarte und lie\u00dfen die Fahrr\u00e4der im Abstellraum der Bar, bevor wir uns zum Essen und Trinken in San Sebastians ber\u00fchmtes <em>Alter Teil<\/em>Die Sch\u00f6nheit moderner Mountainbike-Kleidung ist, dass sie bequem, schnell trocknend und geruchsfrei ist. Wir trugen unsere Mountainbike-Ausr\u00fcstung am Abend in die Bars, nachdem wir unsere Hosen-Innenteile im Hotel ausgesp\u00fclt und auf dem Heizk\u00f6rper getrocknet hatten. Irgendwann am Abend war Igor, unser Guide, ein wenig kalt, also ging er in einen billigen Laden und kaufte f\u00fcr ein paar Euro einen alten Pullover. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen lie\u00dfen wir ihn in einem Spendenladen zur\u00fcck. San Sebastian kann das mit einem machen! Wir hatten einen Teil des legend\u00e4ren Nachtlebens genossen und es war sp\u00e4t, bevor wir ins Bett kamen. Was uns wahrscheinlich vor schlimmen Katern bewahrte, war die Tatsache, dass wir so viel gegessen wie getrunken hatten! Dies war der einzige Tag, an dem wir einen festen Plan hatten, denn heute mussten wir uns auf den Heimweg machen. Es gibt jedoch mehr Optionen als die offensichtlichen und bessere Wege nach Hause als den direkten Weg. Sie f\u00fchlte sich abenteuerlicher an wegen des mangelnden Plans und weil es f\u00fcr uns etwas anderes war. Die Sch\u00f6nheit dieser Art von Touren ist, dass man extrem flexibel ist und nicht mit schweren, instabilen Rucks\u00e4cken beladen ist. Tats\u00e4chlich trugen wir nicht mehr, als wir f\u00fcr eine normale abendliche Fahrt mitnehmen w\u00fcrden. So kann man ein mehrt\u00e4giges Abenteuer in perfektem Komfort verbinden. Wir hatten ziemlich Gl\u00fcck mit dem Wetter, aber wenn es geregnet h\u00e4tte, h\u00e4tten wir unsere Kleidung in einer Stunde im Hotelzimmer oder in einer Bar trocknen k\u00f6nnen. Es gab nur wenige Dinge, die wir nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen konnten, aber f\u00fcr diese Eventualit\u00e4ten mussten wir nur ein paar Euro mitnehmen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap text-fullscreen\">Es war eine tolle Abwechslung zum Hamsterrad des modernen Lebens und es f\u00fchlte sich an, als h\u00e4tten wir f\u00fcr ein paar Tage auf kleine Weise etwas Spontaneit\u00e4t zur\u00fcckerobert. Es war auch der perfekte Gegensatz zu unserem Alltag und f\u00fchlte sich wie eine echte Auszeit vom Organisieren von Urlauben an, schlie\u00dflich war dies ein v\u00f6llig <em>unorganisiert<\/em> Urlaub. Diese Art von Reise ist nur an einem relativ bev\u00f6lkerten Ort m\u00f6glich, irgendwo, wo man in ein Dorf gehen kann und ein paar Unterkunftsm\u00f6glichkeiten hat. Ein Abenteuer in der Wildnis erfordert viel mehr Vorbereitung und mehr Ausr\u00fcstung, und man erh\u00e4lt daf\u00fcr eine andere Art von Belohnung. F\u00fcr diese Art von Abenteuern braucht man ein gewisses Netz an Zivilisation, und wir haben das Gl\u00fcck, dass an der baskischen K\u00fcste die wilden Orte sehr nahe an den zivilisierten liegen, aber mit ein bisschen Trail-Kenntnissen kann man so etwas an vielen, vielen Orten in Europa machen. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man die Erfahrung ein wenig z\u00e4hmen, indem man eine Route plant, eine Liste von B&amp;Bs im Voraus erstellt oder sogar im Voraus bucht und bezahlt. F\u00fcr uns bestand ein Teil des Spa\u00dfes darin, absolut keine Pl\u00e4ne zu haben und nirgendwo hinzukommen zu m\u00fcssen. Ich glaube auch, dass wir, wenn wir es besser geplant h\u00e4tten, vielleicht den einfacheren Weg genommen h\u00e4tten und nicht gefahren w\u00e4ren. Bei unserem hektischen Leben und den engen Zeitpl\u00e4nen ist es allzu leicht, zu viel nachzudenken und am Ende gar nichts zu tun, und das ist das Sch\u00f6ne an dieser Art von Abenteuer: Man schnappt sich einfach seine Sachen und macht sich auf den Weg nach drau\u00dfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-fullscreen text-huge\">Warum probierst du es nicht aus?
