Acepto que existe el riesgo de sufrir lesiones y la muerte al realizar estas actividades.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Durante los viajes de basqueMTB podemos recorrer una mezcla de senderos naturales, senderos hechos a mano y senderos de bike park. Estos senderos pueden incluir ra\u00edces, rocas, terreno empinado, superficies sueltas, peraltes, rodillos, saltos, ca\u00eddas y otras caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas del sendero. Entiendo que no todos los obst\u00e1culos, saltos o ca\u00eddas ser\u00e1n necesariamente se\u00f1alados o advertidos por el gu\u00eda. Soy responsable de leer el sendero, tomar mis propias decisiones sobre qu\u00e9 recorrer o no, y montar siempre dentro de mis propias habilidades.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Acepto seguir todas las instrucciones razonables y las decisiones de seguridad tomadas por el gu\u00eda. Entiendo que el gu\u00eda no eval\u00faa el nivel de habilidad, competencia o la idoneidad de cada caracter\u00edstica del sendero para cada ciclista, y que yo sigo siendo responsable de mis propias decisiones y conducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Confirmo que llevar\u00e9 casco en todo momento mientras monte. Es obligatorio llevar casco que cumpla como m\u00ednimo la norma EN1078 y que tenga menos de tres a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad. Tambi\u00e9n son obligatorias las rodilleras, coderas y guantes. Confirmo que utilizar\u00e9 una bicicleta adecuada y bien mantenida, as\u00ed como el equipo apropiado para la monta que se vaya a realizar.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Acepto revisar mi bicicleta y equipo al inicio de cada d\u00eda, antes de cada recorrido y despu\u00e9s de cualquier ca\u00edda. Si tengo alguna duda sobre el estado de mi bicicleta o equipo, dejar\u00e9 de montar inmediatamente y hablar\u00e9 con el gu\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n<p>Entiendo que las bicicletas de alquiler se revisan antes de cada viaje, pero los componentes a\u00fan pueden aflojarse, desgastarse o romperse durante una semana de uso. Asumo la responsabilidad de la bicicleta de alquiler durante mi estancia y de asegurarme de que sea segura para circular despu\u00e9s de cada salida. Si no estoy seguro, entiendo que es mi responsabilidad pedir ayuda al gu\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n  <p>Acepto ceder el paso a todos los dem\u00e1s usuarios del sendero y montar de manera respetuosa y responsable en todo momento. Se podr\u00e1 denegar la participaci\u00f3n o expulsar del viaje a cualquier persona que est\u00e9 intoxicada, bajo la influencia de drogas, que conduzca de forma peligrosa, que se comporte de forma abusiva o que act\u00fae de manera antisocial.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Entiendo que basqueMTB no puede ser responsable de los da\u00f1os a mi propia bicicleta o equipo durante el viaje, incluidos los da\u00f1os que puedan ocurrir en tr\u00e1nsito o en remolques de subida. Entiendo que se recomienda encarecidamente tener seguro en todo momento y que soy responsable de contratar una cobertura adecuada para la conducci\u00f3n, accidentes, rescate, gastos m\u00e9dicos y da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdida de mi propio equipo.<\/p>\n\n  <p>En caso de accidente, o p\u00e9rdida o da\u00f1o a mis pertenencias personales, reconozco que basqueMTB, sus empleados, directivos, funcionarios, agentes, patrocinadores y partes asociadas no ser\u00e1n responsables de ninguna p\u00e9rdida, da\u00f1o o lesi\u00f3n directa o indirecta que surja de o en conexi\u00f3n con las actividades, excepto por muerte o lesi\u00f3n personal causada por negligencia de basqueMTB o cuando la responsabilidad no pueda ser excluida por ley.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Entiendo que aunque la gu\u00eda, el equipo correcto y la disciplina personal pueden reducir el riesgo, el riesgo de lesiones graves, discapacidad permanente o muerte a\u00fan existe. Asumo voluntaria y libremente estos riesgos conocidos y desconocidos y acepto la responsabilidad total por mi participaci\u00f3n y por tener y usar el equipo de seguridad apropiado.
