Deposits, Refunds, Payments
A deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance payment is payable 6 weeks prior to your trip. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client. We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance when you book which protects you if you need to cancel for any reason.
A booking is not confirmed until we have sent you a full receipt. Please do not book any travel prior to receiving the receipt because you are not fully booked into the trip and we use these details as our contract with you and organise the trip according to this receipt.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the details on the receipt matches their requirements. We cannot accept responsibility for anything not detailed on the rec

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
By making a booking the client accepts to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserve the right to decline any booking. The service to be provided are the activities referred to in the booking confirmation.
Please read carefully the terms and conditions that are detailed below and that will govern the provision of the service.
When you buy a trip with The Company you make a binding contract to carry out the activities detailed in the web with all their inclusions and exclusions, at the price set on the web. This contract will not be fully effective until the payment of the total amount of the price has been deposited in the bank account of the company.

This contract is governed and interpreted according to the Laws of Spain.
Assumption of Risk. Limitation of Liability.
(This release shall be accepted ONLY once and remain current and binding for ANY OR ALL OF THE COMPANY´S ACTIVITIES PARTICIPANT HAS SELECTED throughout his/her stay in Spain.)
In connection with my enrollment in the company´s, activities, transfers and any services of this reservation to another trip, including any pre-trip and post-trip extensions in which I participate, (collectively defined as the ‘Trip’):
The participant claims to be aware that mountain biking is dangerous and may have unforseen consequences. The participant acknowledges that they participate with full knowledge of the this. The participant is therefore aware of the risks involved in this activity and do it voluntarily. The participant understand that while the company will take all precautions to ensure his/her safety, the company is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person and property as a result of his/her participation in such activity and the trip in general.
The participant understand and have carefully considered the risks involved in making a trip of this nature. Accept those risks and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising in connection with his/her participation in the Trip. You further claim to have adequate insurance for such activity with respect to such loss, injury or damage. The company cannot accept liability for damage or loss of equipment during this trip or resulting from the activities on the trip, the participant should hold insurance to protect them from any losses.
The participant agrees to contract insurance prior to their trip to cover them for items including but not limited to injury, loss, evacuation and repatriation expenses.
If the participant knows of any physical or medical condition that may interfere with the safe participation or enjoyment of the activities contracted during the trip, the participant agrees to share it with the company.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other type of drugs are not allowed to participate in any of the trips. Any health or physical problems should be reported to the company at the time of booking.
The company reserves the right to modify the schedule and itinerary without prior notice in the case of traffic delays, roadblocks, trail obstructions or any other unpredictable situations, such as adverse weather or situations of force majeure. The company will not accept the responsibility caused by the change of schedule or itinerary beyond the control of the organisers.
Cancellation policy
The amount of the deposit or the full price to be paid for any trip to the company will not be refunded when conditions, force majeure, or anything affecting the safety of the trip force the cancellation of the trip.
