We answer every email we receive. Typically we aim to reply within 24 hours, however during busy times we are often out guiding and sometimes out in places where there is no phone signal. If you don’t get a reply within a day or two then it is very likely that something has gone wrong with our mail. How To Contact Us?
We are often out guiding and things can get a bit busy during peak holiday season. Here are the best ways to get in touch.
- Email. We always answer our emails. This is the best way to get in touch and the only way to book a holiday. If we don’t answer emails then please send another one, directly to doug@basqueMTB.com. The most common reason for not answering is that the wrong reply email address has been entered in the contact form.
- Phone. If you want to have a chat on the phone then let us know via email and we can book a time. We love to talk about our trips, however often when we are out guiding it is not possible to answer the phone.
- Whatsapp / Social Media messages. These are great for quick questions but often we get lots of messages and it is possible that we won’t reply. It isn’t because we don’t want to talk, it is just because it is hard to keep track of these types of messages. Simply put, if it is important then send an email please.
